All KE-Botanicals products are handmade in our facility in Nyeri, Kenya. We source ingredients locally whenever possible and maintain strict quality control throughout our small-batch production process.
Yes! We never test on animals and all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We're proud to be certified by Leaping Bunny.
For best results, store oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Soaps should be kept dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish. All products should be stored at room temperature.
Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, as we avoid harsh chemicals and synthetic additives. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full application, especially with essential oils. Our Delicate Plain Oils Soap is specially formulated for sensitive skin.
Essential oils can last 1-2 years when stored properly. Carrier oils like avocado oil are best used within 6-12 months. Our soaps typically last 4-6 weeks with daily use. All products have a "best by" date on the packaging.
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: Nairobi (1-2 days), other major cities (2-4 days), and remote areas (4-7 days). You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Currently we ship within Kenya only. We're working to expand to other East African countries soon. Follow us on social media for international shipping updates.
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted checkout system.
We accept returns within 14 days for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened soap or shampoo products.
Email returns@kebotanicals.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for returning the item. Once received, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
